中國(guó)外交部發(fā)言人汪文斌14日主持外交部例行記者會(huì)。有記者提問(wèn)說(shuō)，納斯達(dá)克上周五稱，美國(guó)政府限制購(gòu)買一些中國(guó)企業(yè)的股票后，納斯達(dá)克將刪除其指數(shù)中的這些中國(guó)公司。中方對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？

汪文斌對(duì)此做出兩點(diǎn)回應(yīng)。第一，現(xiàn)在中國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)放程度正日益提升，國(guó)際投資者配置中國(guó)公司的股票日趨便利，個(gè)別企業(yè)不在一些國(guó)際指數(shù)之內(nèi)，并不妨礙國(guó)際投資者通過(guò)其它多種方式投資于這些企業(yè)，分享中國(guó)發(fā)展的紅利。

Wang Wenbin made two responses to this. First, the degree of openness of China’s capital market is increasing, and it is becoming more convenient for international investors to allocate Chinese companies’ stocks. Individual companies are not included in some international indexes. This does not prevent international investors from investing in these companies through other methods. 第二，中方堅(jiān)決反對(duì)美國(guó)政府無(wú)端打壓中國(guó)企業(yè)，有關(guān)行徑嚴(yán)重違背美方一貫標(biāo)榜的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)原則和國(guó)際經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則，必將損害各國(guó)投資者的利益，也會(huì)損害美國(guó)的國(guó)家利益和自身的形象。中方敦促美國(guó)政府停止將經(jīng)貿(mào)問(wèn)題政治化，停止濫用國(guó)家力量、泛化國(guó)家安全概念、打壓外國(guó)企業(yè)的錯(cuò)誤行為。中國(guó)政府將繼續(xù)堅(jiān)定維護(hù)中國(guó)企業(yè)的正當(dāng)合法權(quán)益。

Second, China firmly opposes the unprovoked suppression of Chinese companies by the US government. The relevant actions seriously violate the market economy principles and international economic and trade rules that the US has always advertised. They will inevitably harm the interests of investors from all countries, as well as the US national interests and its own image. China urges the US government to stop politicizing economic and trade issues, stop misuse of national power, generalize national security concepts, and suppress foreign companies. The Chinese government will continue to firmly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese companies.
