據(jù)鐵路部門介紹，旅客通過(guò)鐵路12306網(wǎng)站、手機(jī)App、自動(dòng)售票機(jī)等渠道購(gòu)買京滬高鐵、成渝高鐵指定車次車票時(shí)，如需提供“靜音車廂”服務(wù)，可根據(jù)系統(tǒng)提示自愿選擇購(gòu)買“靜音車廂”車票，“靜音車廂”設(shè)在3號(hào)車廂(二等座車)。
