記者11日獲悉,復(fù)旦大學(xué)高分子科學(xué)系教授彭慧勝領(lǐng)銜的研究團(tuán)隊(duì),成功將顯示器件的制備與織物編織過(guò)程實(shí)現(xiàn)融合,在高分子復(fù)合纖維交織點(diǎn)集成多功能微型發(fā)光器件。研究人員揭示了獨(dú)特的規(guī)律,實(shí)現(xiàn)了大面積柔性顯示織物和智能集成系統(tǒng)。相關(guān)研究成果北京時(shí)間11日凌晨在線發(fā)表于《自然》(Nature)主刊。

據(jù)了解,近十多年來(lái),彭慧勝帶領(lǐng)的研究團(tuán)隊(duì)始終致力于智能高分子纖維與織物研發(fā)。如何在柔軟且直徑僅為幾十至幾百微米的纖維上構(gòu)建可程序化控制的發(fā)光點(diǎn)陣列,是困擾相關(guān)領(lǐng)域科學(xué)家一大難題,同樣困擾著團(tuán)隊(duì)。據(jù)介紹,研究團(tuán)隊(duì)著眼于研制兩種特殊的功能纖維,通過(guò)兩者經(jīng)緯交織形成電致發(fā)光單元,通過(guò)有效的電路控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)了新型柔性顯示織物。

在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,穿在身上的衣服難免會(huì)有磕磕碰碰,也需日常清洗。如何能使顯示織物適應(yīng)外界環(huán)境的改變,乃至抵御住反復(fù)摩擦、彎折、拉伸等外在作用力,保證發(fā)光的穩(wěn)定性?彭慧勝告訴記者,團(tuán)隊(duì)通過(guò)熔融擠出方法制備了一種高彈性的透明高分子導(dǎo)電纖維,確保了織物中“像素點(diǎn)”均勻穩(wěn)定發(fā)光。
