第一、購(gòu)買時(shí)優(yōu)選正規(guī)品牌，能經(jīng)過(guò)市場(chǎng)洗禮的，一定有他的理由。

第二、看配料表。中國(guó)的食品安全法是明確和要求：食品標(biāo)簽上必須明確注明生產(chǎn)信息，任何食品添加劑或者防腐劑，都需要在配料表中標(biāo)注。

第三、看干燕窩含量?；貧w根本，吃燕窩是為了效果，只有干燕窩含量更高，營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值才更高，滋補(bǔ)效果才能更好。
