高校副教授“跳槽”到中學引熱議 大學老師不香了嗎？

該話題源起于一份官方發(fā)布的中小學物理教師擬聘用人員名單，網(wǎng)友發(fā)現(xiàn)其中有一人擁有博士學歷、副教授職稱。據(jù)查，此人正是河北大學物理科學與技術學院的賴老師。

The topic originated from an official list of personnel to be hired for physics teachers in primary and secondary schools. Netizens discovered that one of them had a doctoral degree and the title of associate professor. According to investigations, this person is Teacher Lai from the College of Physics and Technology of Hebei University.

據(jù)深圳中學微信公號日前推送的一篇文章透露，羅天摯已于2019年放棄南科大工作，入職深圳中學。他目前擔任深圳中學高二化學教師、高二6班班主任，并開設校本選修課《Amazing Materials-神奇的新材料》。

According to an article posted on the WeChat public account of Shenzhen Middle School, Luo Tianzhi had given up his job at SUSTech in 2019 and joined Shenzhen Middle School. He currently serves as a chemistry teacher in the second grade of a high school in Shenzhen, and the class teacher of the sixth grade in the second grade. 官方簡歷顯示，羅天摯主要從事生物醫(yī)用高分子材料方面的研究，曾在國際知名期刊以第一作者身份發(fā)表6篇學術論文。2006年-2010年，羅天摯本科畢業(yè)于華中科技大學材料科學與工程學院；2010年-2016年就讀于美國特拉華大學材料科學與工程專業(yè)并獲得博士學位；2016年-2017年繼續(xù)在特拉華大學材料學院從事博士后研究。

對于他的選擇，羅天摯自述“周圍的很多人也都極為不解。但我特別明白自己的‘歸宿’，必將會落點基礎教育”。

他曾在接受媒體采訪時表示，在北美做科研的7年時間里，他常常泡實驗室，寫論文，但這些工作帶給他的滿足感，卻遠遠比不上深中課堂上孩子們的一聲“哇！”所帶來的快樂。

羅天摯跳槽前所在的南方科技大學，本身實力不錯。在2021年泰晤士高等教育世界大學排名中，南方科技大學位居中國內(nèi)地第8名；而在2022 QS世界大學排名中，南方科技大學位居世界第275名，中國內(nèi)地第13名。
