又一家科創(chuàng)板上市公司捷報傳來。7月16日，康希諾發(fā)布業(yè)績預(yù)告，預(yù)計公司扭虧為盈，上半年營收同比增長49532.59%到54495.85%，凈利潤為9億元至10.5億元，同比增長980.61%至1127.38%。

同花順數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至7月16日，科創(chuàng)板有98家公司發(fā)布上半年業(yè)績預(yù)告，超六成公司業(yè)績預(yù)喜，28家凈利潤超1億元，4家凈利潤超10億元。2019年7月22日，科創(chuàng)板正式開市，首批上市公司25家。開市兩年，如今科創(chuàng)板上市公司達311家，總市值46359.96億元，合計募集資金為3943.04億元。

科創(chuàng)板的“硬科技”底色持續(xù)凸顯。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，新一代信息技術(shù)、生物醫(yī)藥、高端裝備三大行業(yè)上市公司數(shù)量占比超70%。同時，科創(chuàng)板上市公司持續(xù)加大研發(fā)投入，2020年，科創(chuàng)板公司研發(fā)投入與營業(yè)收入之比的中位數(shù)為9%，研發(fā)人員占公司人員總數(shù)比重平均為28.6%，平均擁有發(fā)明專利104項，均高于其他板塊。同花順數(shù)據(jù)顯示，311家上市公司去年研發(fā)投入總額達421.93億元。

制度方面，聚焦支持“硬科技”的核心目標，監(jiān)管層堅守科創(chuàng)板定位。去年3月，《科創(chuàng)屬性評價指引（試行）》和《上海證券交易所科創(chuàng)板企業(yè)發(fā)行上市申報及推薦暫行規(guī)定》相繼發(fā)布，確立科創(chuàng)屬性評價指標體系。隨后，監(jiān)管層又發(fā)布了一系列指引文件，督促上市公司堅守科創(chuàng)定位。

In March last year, the "Guidelines for the Evaluation of Science and Technology Innovation Attributes (for Trial Implementation)" and the "Interim Provisions on the Application and Recommendation of the Issuance and Listing of Enterprises on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Science and Technology Innovation Board" were successively released to establish an evaluation index system for the attributes of science and technology innovation. 機構(gòu)普遍看好科創(chuàng)板成長。浙商證券分析，科創(chuàng)板呈現(xiàn)高景氣，預(yù)計2021年、2022年的凈利潤增速分別為65%和40%。川財證券首席經(jīng)濟學家、研究所所長陳靂認為，無論從試點注冊制，還是提升科技企業(yè)的聚集力、經(jīng)營力及服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟等角度，科創(chuàng)板都具備持續(xù)投資吸引力

Institutions are generally optimistic about the growth of the Sci-tech Innovation Board. According to the analysis of Zheshang Securities, the science and technology innovation board is showing a high boom, and the net profit growth rate in 2021 and 2022 is expected to be 65% and 40% respectively. Chen Li, chief economist and director of the Institute of Chuancai Securities, believes that the science and technology innovation board has sustainable investment attractiveness, whether from the pilot registration system, or from the perspectives of enhancing the agglomeration and operating capabilities of technology companies, and serving the real economy.
